Job Responsibilities

• Greet every customer with a smile, thank them for their business, and invite them back
• Fuel customer’s cars, check engine fluids, and wash vehicle windows as time allows
• Handle cash, card transactions, and issue change, receipts, and refunds
• Maintain a clean and safe work area including the outside of the store, islands, and pumps
• Restock shelves, displays, coolers, and carwash as needed
• Be safety/security conscious, adhere to the guidelines in the Safety Manual, and notify Manager of any gas spills, accidents, or incidents
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Flexible availability to support 24/7 operations, including nights, holidays, and weekends
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly, can-do attitude
• Leadership qualities and integrity
• Strong teamwork skills
• Self-starter with high attention to detail
• Ability to think quickly and react to change
• At least 18 years old

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, twist, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, or crouch
• Frequently lift/move up to 20 pounds; occasionally up to 65 pounds
• Work safely in conditions involving heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes from gasoline and chemicals
