What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist customers' compliance and technical teams with the implementation of FTZ software
- Configure QAD FTZ software and perform technical integration, including running test files
- Develop process flows and procedures tailored to customers' unique FTZ processing needs
- Collaborate with customers' FTZ consultants and QAD's project managers and technical engineers
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery of results

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-4+ years of experience implementing or administering Foreign-Trade Zones (FTZs)
- Strong understanding of foreign-trade zone operations and related processes
- Working knowledge of logistics activities, including import activities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience using spreadsheets and Microsoft Word or Google Docs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing FTZ systems and validating relevant data
- Familiarity with Import, ABI, or other import compliance systems
- Background in operating FTZ systems
- Experience participating in the implementation of FTZ software or other import compliance systems
- Experience with data mapping and integration is a plus
