What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate post-sale customer education and training initiatives for the hospital product line
- Act as a clinical and technical expert in the implementation of ZOLL hospital products
- Plan, develop, and execute educational and training events within customer accounts
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships to encourage product utilization
- Participate in quality improvement processes and assist with sales team support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS preferred)
- RN, Paramedic, or RT with 5+ years of experience required
- AHA Instructor - BLS/ACLS/PALS preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical education experience preferred
- Project management experience preferred
- Ability to effectively educate clinical personnel
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with integrating technology into educational settings
