Job summary

Methods Machine Tools, Inc. in Acton, MA is seeking a FTZ Coordinator & Machine Logistics Administrator to manage FTZ transactions, customs documentation, and inventory movements across domestic and international shipments.

You will work with the Logistics Manager and Production Shipping & Receiving to ensure FTZ compliance, accurate records, and timely delivery, with responsibilities spanning warehouse FTZ activities, inbound/outbound machine shipments, and ERP transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Advanced attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• FTZ Administration for Acton warehouse (50%).
• Coordinate FTZ admissions, withdrawals, transfers, and inventory transactions.
• Maintain FTZ inventory records and supporting documentation.
• Prepare documentation for customs broker processing.
• Coordinate with customs brokers regarding FTZ entries and regulatory documentation.
• Maintain FTZ files in compliance with requirements.
• Support internal audits, inventory reconciliations, and compliance reviews.
• Monitor inventory status and machine movements for accuracy.
• Assist with annual FTZ reporting and compliance activities.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
