Job summary

You will serve as the primary customer interface, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery while aligning with contractual commitments and customer requirements. This role demands strong leadership in a fast-paced telecom construction environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably telecom or utility construction.
• 3+ years of OSP Fiber Construction experience, FTTH focus.
• Solid fiber telecom construction knowledge including permitting and closeout.
• Proven experience managing schedules, budgets, and P&L.
• Strong leadership with internal teams and external contractors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide program-level oversight for FTTH projects; align with goals and contractual commitments.
• Own financial performance (P&L) including forecasting, cost control, and margins.
• Develop standardized project controls, reporting, and best practices across the program.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for FTTH fiber construction from planning to closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules; meet or exceed customer delivery dates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including construction, engineering, permitting, materials, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans for schedule and budget.
• Act as primary customer interface; maintain relationships and clear communication.
• Deliver on service-level agreements and reporting expectations.
