Job summary

Fairweather, LLC is seeking an OSP Project Manager to lead the end-to-end engineering and deployment of FTTH fiber networks across Arizona. You will coordinate with municipalities, vendors and internal teams to ensure on-time start and delivery of backbone, open trench opportunities, and homes passed.

The role requires experience in OSP fiber engineering or project management, strong collaboration skills, and proficiency with GIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• OSP fiber engineering and project management experience required.
• Strong coordination with city officials, vendors and teams.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel for reporting and tracking.
• Familiarity with fiber construction maps/drawings and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the end-to-end engineering process of a fiber network.
• Coordinate with City officials, vendors, and agencies to start construction.
• Report daily production for all engineering firms under management.
• Forecast, track and report results in daily calls or meetings.
• Work weekends as needed to ensure timely delivery of homes passed.
