Job summary

Wyyerd Fiber is seeking an OSP Inspector to support FTTH GPON fiber plant construction in Arizona. You will manage daily field operations, coordinate with internal and external teams, and ensure on‑time milestones while maintaining field data and reporting.

The role requires 3–5 years in OSP fiber construction, a clean driving record, and the ability to work weekends as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and fiber mapping tools is desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years experience in OSP Fiber construction.
• Positive attitude, willingness and eagerness to learn new things, team player.
• Ability to understand/learn/develop the FTTH fiber network construction process.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage OSP fiber construction project plans for network deployment in neighborhoods across Arizona.
• Communicate daily updates on fiber deployment progress with all teams and individuals.
• Oversee fiber plant placement and reporting via project management tools (Vitruvi/Vetro).
• Maintain trackers, records, and data of field progress by contractors hourly/daily.
• Work with residents to ensure quality installation by Wyyerd contractors.
• Attend pre-con meetings with city officials/HOA managers.
