Job summary

Pramira is seeking a Project Manager to lead construction projects from preconstruction through closeout in Southern California. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence while aligning estimating, field execution, and financial performance.

You will coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive accountability and successful project outcomes. The role requires managing complex scopes, maintaining schedules, and driving cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience in fiber/telecom or related civil infra.
• Experience delivering FTTH projects including microtrenching, directional boring, and aerial construction.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, change orders, and client communications.
• Experience coordinating self-perform crews and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Turn awarded scopes into executable budgets, purchase and subcontract packages, schedules, and weekly work plans.
• Manage FTTH/OSP construction methods and coordinate with field teams.
• Maintain job-cost forecasts and cost-to-complete estimates.
• Coordinate with inspectors, utilities, and clients to ensure on-time delivery.
• Submit change orders and maintain project documentation.
