Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience in fiber, telecommunications, underground utilities, or comparable civil infrastructure.
• Experience managing microtrenching, directional boring, and aerial OSP construction.
• Experience with self-perform crews, subcontractors, budgets, change orders, and customer billing.
• Ability to read construction drawings, permit conditions, unit-price schedules, and contract scopes; strong Excel and scheduling or construction management software skills.

Responsibilities

• Turn awarded scopes into executable budgets, purchase and subcontract packages, schedules, and weekly work plans.
• Confirm permits, access, materials, inspections, and utility coordination before releasing work.
• Manage all three placement methods: microtrenching, horizontal directional drilling or boring, and aerial construction.
