Job summary

Qualifications

• FTTH or telecom installation experience required.
• Experience with fiber testing equipment (OTDR, power meters, fault locators).
• Ability to operate drills, hand tools, ladders safely.
• Basic home networking knowledge (routers, Wi‑Fi, Ethernet).
• Strong customer-service skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Install fiber-optic service at residential and commercial locations.
• Run fiber from terminals to customer premises and route interior/exterior cabling.
• Install and configure customer premises equipment and routers.
• Perform fiber terminations, splicing, and tests; verify specifications.
• Document work orders, test results, and installed equipment.
• Follow safety requirements and communicate status to supervisors.
