Ezee Fiber is looking for a Manager, Community Engagement in Albuquerque, NM. This role is pivotal in advocating for our Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects and fostering trust within communities. You will develop community engagement strategies and serve as the key liaison between Ezee Fiber and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in telecommunications, and exceptional communication skills to successfully promote Ezee Fiber's initiatives. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications or utility construction.
• Experience supporting or managing FTTH projects.
• Skilled in navigating sensitive political environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and execution for FTTH projects.
• Develop relationships with HOA management and community leaders.
• Serve as the public face of Ezee Fiber at public forums.
