Ezee Fiber is looking for a Manager, Community Engagement in Albuquerque, NM. This role is pivotal in advocating for our Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects and fostering trust within communities. You will develop community engagement strategies and serve as the key liaison between Ezee Fiber and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in telecommunications, and exceptional communication skills to successfully promote Ezee Fiber's initiatives. This position offers competitive compensation and benefits.
As the Manager, Community Engagement you will be the strategic voice of Ezee Fiber in the communities we serve. This highly visible role is responsible for developing and executing community engagement and presentations that support our Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects.
You will serve as the primary liaison between Ezee Fiber and HOAs, utility districts, management companies, and other key stakeholders—advocating for our initiatives while ensuring community concerns are addressed with transparency and care. Your work will directly influence FTTH project success by fostering public trust, mitigating risks, and strengthening local partnerships.

Tolerate exposure to noise, dust, fumes, and uneven or slippery surfaces. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) during all applicable tasks.
Standard daily travel to assigned territories is required for this position (up to 30% of the time within a 10-mile radius).
