Job summary

Ezee Fiber is seeking a Manager, Community Engagement to develop strategic community initiatives for Fiber to the Home (FTTH) projects. This role involves leading engagement efforts, building relationships with stakeholders, and addressing community concerns. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, three-plus years of relevant experience, and strong communication skills. This position requires travel within a 10-mile radius and offers a competitive compensation package, including health insurance and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Three plus years of experience in telecommunications or utility construction.
• Experience supporting FTTH projects or fiber infrastructure rollouts.
• Skilled in navigating sensitive political environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead community engagement for FTTH deployment projects.
• Develop trust-based relationships with HOA management companies and community leaders.
• Serve as a public face of Ezee Fiber at town halls and council meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams for outreach efforts and project updates.
• Identify community concerns and develop mitigation strategies.
• Plan educational events to build support for fiber network benefits.
