Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum requirements: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred: Bachelor's + 2 years in student services/advising or master's in related field.

Responsibilities

Provide proactive, student-centered academic advising to an assigned caseload, focusing on FTIC students.
Develop individualized academic plans and assist with course selection and degree requirements.
Monitor progress, identify barriers, and connect students with campus resources to improve persistence and completion.
Collaborate with faculty, Student Services, and Career Services to support student success.
