Job summary

Richcroft, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Awake Over Night Weekday Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Baltimore County, Perry Falls.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 11 PM to 9 AM, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living tasks and community activities. The role includes safeguarding personal well-being, documenting progress, administering medications as required, and helping residents build independence and meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Must have at least 2 years of driving experience.
• Current driver's license with less than 3 points on record.
• Must be able to transport people supported as needed.
• Some lifting and transferring may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
• Cultivating and expanding independent living skills
• Provide assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.
• Assisting with the development of meaningful and personal relationships
• Complete required documentation (e.g., incident reports, progress notes, behavior data, fire drills etc.)
• Administer and record medications pursuant to State and Agency requirements, when applicable
• Other duties as assigned

We are seeking a Full- TimeAwake Over Night Weekday Direct Support Professional (DSP)to provide hands-on care to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities providing assistance with personal hygiene, activities/ outings, social engagement, shopping, planning, cooking, and cleaning.

This position is:

Monday -Friday 11P - 9A

(Working with Females)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assisting with participation and exploration of the community
