Join to apply for the FT Warehouse Delivery Driver role at Auto Value Parts Stores.

The Warehouse Delivery Driver is responsible for accurately and safely delivering products to customers and may assist at the jobber desk or in the store as needed. Responsibilities include checking in freight and non-application parts, mixing paint, processing customer returns, resolving customer concerns, assisting counter customers, and taking phone calls. The role also involves maintaining store appearance, security, safety, and daily operational standards as set by the manager.

Job Duties

1. Ensure accurate, safe, and timely delivery and pick-up of products.
2. Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
3. Maintain the company vehicle by periodic washing, keeping the interior clean and organized, and checking engine fluid levels as required.
4. Assist with phone inquiries.
5. Resolve customer concerns or complaints.
6. Ensure that customers receive world-class service in meeting their needs at Auto Value.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Must understand and abide by federal and state driving rules, practices, and procedures and be familiar with the territory for the position.
• Automotive Parts knowledge or sales experience is preferred; training is available.
• Familiarity with store operating procedures is preferred.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills.
