Rivers Casino Philadelphia is seeking a Kitchen Steward to maintain kitchen areas and restaurant equipment in clean, orderly condition in line with sanitation and service standards.

The role involves dishwashing, equipment upkeep, and trash management while adhering to safety guidelines to support our fast-paced dining operation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scrapes food from dirty dishes.
• Places tableware in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine.
• Washes pots, pans, and other cooking utensils and equipment.
• Sweeps and mops kitchen floors.
• Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Segregates and removes trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
• Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans.
• Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Follows sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
