Job summary

Clickstop is hiring for a Shipping Team role in Urbana, IA. The position requires cross-training across Small Pack, Receiving, Inventory, and LTL with a focus on accuracy, safety, and timely fulfillment of orders.

Starting pay is $19/hr, with full-time benefits. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and operate warehouse equipment as needed while upholding Clickstop’s core values and policies.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders accurately and efficiently using picking lists.

• Fulfill orders in the ERP system and manage receiving/inventory checks.

What’s Expected?

To remain agile, team members will be cross-trained and expected to contribute outside their areas of expertise. All team members begin their training in Small Pack and remain until a satisfactory knowledge of our products is acquired. We have a wide range of products tied to our US Cargo Control, Fasteners Plus, and Ecofoil brands.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
• Regular team lifting of materials over 60 lbs in accordance with safety guidelines
• Stand and walk for the majority of the shift, including frequent walking across short and long distances within the facility.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and twisting
• Operate hand tools and material handling equipment safely
• Perform repetitive tasks with hands and arms
• Regular pushing and pulling of equipment (e.g., pallet jacks and carts) as part of daily job duties.

Primary areas of focus within our Warehouse:

• Small Pack
  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently according to picking lists
  • Audit orders for accuracy.
  • Pack orders securely and neatly for shipping.
  • Fulfill the order in the ERP.
• Receiving & Inventory
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation and organization.
  • Performing quality checks as needed on incoming products and check-in accurately to ensure product is available to ship.
  • Down stock and replenish bins proactively using FIFO.
  • Performing cycle counts to ensure inventory is always accurate, eliminating or reducing lost and damaged inventory.
• LTL
  • Following our standard operating procedures for picking, packing, and shipping all orders, including small parcel and LTL.
  • Responsible for verifying and maintaining records on incoming and outgoing shipments and preparing items for shipment.
  • Load items for shipment to 3rd party distribution.

As a growing team, you should be prepared to perform other duties as assigned.

Equipment

• Ability to learn/operate powered industrial equipment, such as stand-up and sit-down forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, etc.
