Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group seeks a dynamic Room Attendant to join our service-oriented team in Massachusetts. You will clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas, stock amenities, and ensure comfort and safety for every guest.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced hotel environment. We offer competitive pay, flexible schedules, and employee benefits as part of our mission to develop our people.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow all safety and security procedures as mandated by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, hours, and surroundings.
• Ensure rooms are stocked with soap, tissues, drinking glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests have left behind and report per the hotel's lost-and-found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
