Job summary

THRIFT TOWN STORES, LLC is seeking a motivated store supervisor to lead daily operations and develop a high-performing retail team in Austin. You will drive sales, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor associates, manage cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and scheduling while focusing on a positive shopping experience and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to lead daily store operations and support a high-performing retail team. In this role, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales performance, maintain operational standards, and support team development in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support associates during scheduled shifts to ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations.
  • Monitor sales activities and assist the team in meeting performance goals.
  • Maintain high standards for merchandising, product presentation, and store cleanliness.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational tasks.
  • Train, coach, and provide feedback to team members to encourage growth and accountability.
  • Help resolve customer concerns in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
  • Support inventory processes, including stock replenishment, receiving, and cycle counts.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support staffing needs, scheduling, and daily priorities.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a supervisory role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
