Job summary

Charlottesville Health & Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville, VA is seeking an RN Charge Nurse for full-time or part-time roles. You will provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff in line with MFA guidelines, and relay patient status to the Unit Manager.

You will help with care planning and contribute to staff orientation and training. The role emphasizes identifying patient goals and coordinating multidisciplinary approaches, with opportunities to lead teams and improve care

Qualifications

• Current license with Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• One year of previous experience preferred.
• Management/leadership experience preferred.
• Requires frequent lifting (up to 50 pounds), bending, stooping, kneeling, etc.
