Job summary

MGA Homecare in North Carolina is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN for full- or part-time home health roles. You will provide one-on-one patient care in patients' homes, following physician plans of care, and advance your clinical skills through diverse cases.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care: Treat patients according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other healthcare professionals, ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.
• Administer medication with expertise: Take charge of administering prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and compassion, always ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Thorough documentation: Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care meticulously, ensuring accurate and comprehensive patient records.
• Empower patients and families: Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, fostering understanding and empowerment in managing their health effectively.
