Kingsway Senior Living in Belle Plaine, MN is seeking Home Health Aides to join our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with ADLs, meals, medication and daily activities in a supportive, resident‑centered environment.

We offer FT/PT day shifts (6:00 am–2:00 pm) with weekend/holiday rotation, a sign-on bonus up to $1,000, and benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO and more. Starting pay ranges from $15.61 to $19.64 per hour depending on experience.

Kingsway Senior Living in Belle Plaine is seeking Home Health Aides to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives. Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred, but not required.

Home Health Aides are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000 depending on hours/shift selected!

Shifts

• Full Time / Part Time
• 6:00 am - 2:00pm
• E/O Weekend Required w/holiday rotation
• Part Time Casual On-Call positions available as well

Pay

• $15.61/hr - $19.64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant years of experience)
• Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials (Additional $1/hour)
• Weekend Shift Differential (Additional $1/hour)
