Kingsway Senior Living in Belle Plaine, MN is seeking Home Health Aides for evening shifts. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities, meals, and medications, while fostering a compassionate, respectful environment.

Previous skilled nursing or assisted living experience is preferred but not required. Sign-on bonus up to $1,000 may apply depending on hours and shift. Evening/overnight differentials offered.

• Strong communication skills with residents and families.
• Ability to work well in a team and support residents’ daily needs.
• Previous elder care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs including dressing, dental hygiene, toileting and showering.
• Assist with meal times and meal preparation as needed.
• Administer medications as directed and maintain accurate records.
• Engage residents in interactions and activities; perform light cleaning and laundry.

Kingsway Senior Living in Belle Plaine is seeking Home Health Aides to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives. *Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred, but not required.*

***Home Health Aides are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000 depending on hours/shift selected!**

Shifts:

• Full Time / Part Time
• 2:00 pm- 10:00pm
• E/O Weekend Required w/holiday rotation
• Part Time Casual On-Call positions available as well

Pay:

• $15.61/hr - $19.64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant years of experience)
• Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials (Additional $1/hour)
• Weekend Shift Differential (Additional $1/hour)

Responsibilities and duties:

• Assisting residents with all of their ADL's (activities of daily living) including; dressing, dental hygiene, toileting and showering.
• Preparing for and assisting residents with meal times
• Medication administration
• Interaction/activities with residents
• General clean up and laundry
