Scheduling Expectations

The schedule for a Flex Officer varies based on operational needs. You will be trained at various posts or facilities, and your shifts will be scheduled in advance or called on short notice. You are expected to work any scheduled shift within your availability, and communicate with your supervisor about any unavailability. You are expected to work at least 80% of called shifts; refusing more than 20% may impact employment status.

Security Officers perform duties as per Post Orders and SOPs, requiring thorough knowledge and quick, efficient action according to directives.
