Role Responsibilities

• Review work schedule, check equipment, and prepare supplies at shift start.
• Move, open, unpack totes, and shelve items.
• Clean shelves, check inventory levels, and inspect for expiration dates.
• Help customers and answer phone calls.
• Verify customer identification when required.
• Complete prescription filling, including data entry and dispensing.
• Maintain valid state or national certification and, if qualified, immunize customers.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Meet minimum age requirements.
• Successfully pass background check and drug screening.
• Ability to read, write, communicate, and understand job duties and safety regulations.
• Complete a 60-day introductory period.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, and operate necessary equipment.
• Perform all functions safely and meet performance standards.
• Wear proper clothing and shoes as approved.
• Maintain necessary licenses, certificates, or permits.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum 4-hour shifts or longer as needed.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for 55%, walk for 45% of shift.
• Perform tasks involving lifting, carrying, and static pull up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understand company policies and procedures.
• Follow all pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Know MSDS information for materials used.
• Complete required safety and compliance trainings.
