Job summary

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) seeks an outgoing Paramedic to join our onsite medical team on a major construction project in Kansas City, MO. You will provide injury triage, treatment, and follow-up care while supporting safety and wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities include OSHA-30 within 90 days, documentation in Cority, and collaboration with MMC leadership and client teams on a demanding site schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Paramedic experience.
• Active Missouri Paramedic license.
• Occupational health experience.
• Emergency medicine background preferred.
• OSHA-30 within 90 days (company provided).
• ALS, PHTLS, or ITLS.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow-up care.
• Assess occupational & non-occupational injuries using evidence-based protocols.
• Document all care in EMR (Cority).
• Support site safety: Stretch & Flex, site walks, hazard identification.
• Conduct new-hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services.
• Maintain a clean, organized clinic.
• Collaborate with MMC leadership, local providers, and client teams.
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster a positive work environment.
• Support wellness initiatives and employee health efforts.

Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), a certified WBE with 35+ years of nationwide occupational health experience, is seeking an outgoing Paramedic to join our onsite medical team on a major construction project in Kansas City, MO.

In this role, you’ll provide injury triage, support the safety team, promote worker wellness, and help maintain a safe, productive job site.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 7AM-5PM

What You’ll Do

• Provide injury triage, treatment, and follow‑up care
• Assess occupational & non‑occupational injuries using evidence‑based protocols
• Document all care in EMR (Cority)
• Support site safety: Stretch & Flex, site walks, hazard identification
• Conduct new‑hire orientation, drug testing, and occupational health services
