Job summary

South Pacific Rehab Services is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for a full-time outpatient position in a SNF/Long-Term Care setting. Compensation ranges from $35.00 to $43.00 per hour, with a focus on collaborative care and ongoing clinical education.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Graduate from an APTA-accredited PTA program with an Associate's degree.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, following state practice guidelines.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
