Primary Purpose

We are passionate about building strong families and healthy communities across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and New Jersey. This role involves entering orders, scheduling work, supervising and training staff, receiving and stocking items, checking dates, adjusting prices for items going out of code, and performing all department tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

1. Review work schedule, prepare equipment and supplies, and comply with PPE requirements at shift start.
2. Unload trucks, break down loads, prepare U-boats, and distribute to the floor.
3. Stock shelves, manage backstock, and ensure store presentation.
4. Break down, fold, and bail cardboard.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to communicate effectively and understand safety and company policies.
• Meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet company performance standards, including attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate relevant equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Shift hours: 8 hours or more, depending on business needs.
• Job cycles: continuous maximum effort.
• Lift/carry: up to 50 lbs.
• Stand 55%, walk 45%.
• Category IV: lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Max pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS materials.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Right-to-Know, and Key Carrier training.

Additional Information

Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour.
