Courtyard at Coeur d'Alene is seeking PCA/Certified Med Techs to join our care team. CMAT Idaho eligibility and 1–2 years Med Tech experience are required; CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, administering medications on time, documenting care, and maintaining safety and infection-control standards. Qualifications

• Certified Medication Assistance Technician (CMAT) in Idaho (MedTech only).
• 1–2 years experience as a Med Tech (MedTech only).
• Valid CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• English language proficiency and commitment to health & safety.

Responsabilités

• Read and implement care plans within the scope of certification or licensure.
• Respond to resident needs, pendant calls, and alarms promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of care delivered.
• Assist with activities of daily living, meals, and transfers.
• Follow safety and infection-control policies and promote a clean, safe environment.
