Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a maintenance support professional to assist the Maintenance Director at Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare Community in Waco, TX. The role focuses on ensuring environmental center compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining a sanitary and safe facility.

The ideal candidate will hold a High School diploma and contribute to keeping the building in good repair and free from hazards related to essential systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Experience in facilities or maintenance environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Maintenance Director with maintenance dept activities and compliance.
• Help keep the center sanitary, attractive, and in good repair; ensure safety of electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.

Responsible for assisting Maintenance Director with the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance in accordance with Federal, State and Local ordinance, regulations and building codes. Assisting to ensure center is maintained in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; in good repair, free from hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating and cooling systems.
