Bristol Village in Waverly, OH, operated by National Church Residences, is seeking a Maintenance Technician/HVAC with strong experience to support our mature living community. You will perform HVAC maintenance and general upkeep to ensure reliable comfort for residents and staff.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of HVAC experience, practical maintenance skills, and good communication in English. High school diploma required; HVAC certification preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits.
