Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in good standing.
• Experience in correctional healthcare is preferred.
• Knowledge of nursing standards and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care and evaluate symptoms and reactions.
• Administer medications according to standards and regulations.
• Perform emergency interventions and assessments.

Open Position:FT LPN or RN Nights

Schedule:12 hr Night Shift Rotation 6p - 6a w/Alternating Weekends

Shift Differential + Sign-on and Retention Bonus

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
• Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
• Follow through with established treatment plans
• Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
