Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing food items such as sandwiches, subs, chicken, and pizza according to plan and SOP.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing work areas and equipment.
  • Completing food safety logs and tracking losses.
  • Training team members.
  • Assisting customers and managing food production for various sections.
  • Handling equipment such as ovens, fryers, and slicers safely.
  • Following safety protocols, including PPE use and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and meet physical requirements.
  • Adherence to performance standards, including attendance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Minimum 4-hour shifts, lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for 55%, walking 45%.

Preferred:

  • Understanding of company policies and procedures.
