All Hands Home Care is seeking an immediate hire for a full-time CNA / Home Health Aide in Lancaster, PA. The role includes assisting seniors with personal care needs and monitoring clients with dementia.

Qualified candidates must have a CNA or HHA certification, at least one year of caregiving experience, and should be compassionate and reliable. Bilingual Spanish is a plus. The position involves a full-time split shift schedule.

FT IMMEDIATE HIRE: CNA / Home Health Aide (HHA) – Lancaster, PA 17603

Full‑time split shift (9:30 AM–1:00 PM / 3:30 PM–7:00 PM) in Lancaster, PA (17603). The role focuses on seniors with dementia and personal care needs. Responsibilities include:

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, dressing, ambulation, and meals.
• Monitor and support clients with dementia and memory‑care needs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Document care and maintain accurate records.
• Uphold client confidentiality and follow all agency protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) (required).
• 1+ year of experience.
• Experience with Alzheimer’s and/or dementia care.
• High school degree.
• Bilingual in Spanish (a plus).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, patient, reliable, and able to build rapport with clients and families.
