theWit Hotel in downtown Chicago is seeking a polished Guest Service Agent to join our distinguished front office team. You will manage check-ins/check-outs, assist with reservations, and deliver refined service with warmth to every guest.

As part of a luxury Hilton property, you will collaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B to ensure a seamless stay, uphold brand standards, and create memorable experiences through attention to detail and personalized care.

Qualifications

• Hilton brand experience strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of front-office or hospitality experience preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and demeanor suited to luxury hospitality.

As a Guest Service Agent at theWit, you will create an enduring impression for every guest. • Requires extended periods of standing and walking.
