Job summary

The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is hiring for the FT Group Supervisor - Early Learning & Care in Gilbertsville, PA. The role is full-time, hourly with a 17.00–18.00 USD per hour range. You will lead the early learning program, supervise staff, and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children.

• Supervise each child in your care by identifying, seeing, hearing, directing, and assisting, always ensuring a safe environment
• Uphold all YMCA, State, and Quality Rating Systems policies and guidelines for commitment to quality in childcare
• Maintain a healthy environment through light cleaning and supporting personal care routines of the children
