Cochise College Foundation seeks an Executive Director to lead fundraising, donor relations, and strategic communication. You will collaborate with college staff, the foundation board, and external professionals to advance philanthropic giving and promote a positive public image of the college and foundation.
Required: bachelor’s degree with five years of fundraising or nonprofit management, plus two years of leadership experience; master’s preferred.
The Executive Director College Foundation is responsible for advancing philanthropic giving through the Cochise College Foundation and the planning and execution of a fundraising strategy that promotes a positive and persistent public image of the college and foundation.

Bachelor’s degree in related field from an institution accredited by an institutional accrediting body of higher learning recognized by the US Department of Education; master’s degree preferred
Five years of fundraising or non-profit management related experience, including two years’ leadership/management experience
An equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved may be considered.
Work is primarily performed under general supervision. Incumbent generally performs work in a typical office setting with appropriate climate controls. Travel, working evenings and weekends may be required.
Essential functions of this position require: lifting, manual dexterity, ability to communicate.
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body; involves sitting majority of time; walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met
Utilizes memory for details, verbal instructions, emotional stability, critical thinking, adaptability and creative problem-solving skills are important
