Job summary

Four County Health & Rehab in Richland, GA is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for full-time evening, night and weekend shifts from 7pm to 7am. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate, patient-centered care and work with a dedicated care team.

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (GA or eligible).

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable with a commitment to excellence.
Prior long-term care experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Monitor changes in residents' condition and report.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
Foster a respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and staff.
