Four County Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our compassionate team. You will build meaningful relationships with residents while supporting daily living activities with dignity and respect.

We offer evening, night, and weekend shifts from 7p to 7a, with starting pay ranging from $17.63 to $18.68 per hour. Enjoy weekly pay, shift differentials, and a comprehensive benefits package in a mission-driven, non-profit environment.

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification (Georgia or eligible).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
