United Cerebral Palsy Heartland is seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Assistants (Direct Care Professional) for full-time shifts in Saint Louis, MO. The role offers $21.00 per hour with a strong focus on client-centered care and community engagement.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily tasks, personal care, medication administration, and facilitating activities, with mandatory weekend shifts and reliable transportation. Training is provided at the corporate office.

Qualifications

High School diploma or its equivalent (GED).
Valid Driver's license.
Clean Driving Record and successfully completes and maintains assigned drivers training.
A MINIMUM OF ONE WEEKEND SHIFT PER WEEKEND.
Experience supporting individuals with disabilities or in a customer service field.
Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
Ability to consistently work in a professional, cooperative manner with all Agency clients and personnel.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Computer Proficiency.
