Job summary

Advanced Rehab Center of Tustin in Santa Ana, CA is hiring a full-time dishwasher/dietary aide for the afternoon shift (Sun–Thu). You will follow department procedures for storing and labeling all foods and ensure proper cleaning of dishes and kitchen areas.

Responsibilities include supervising proper food handling to prevent contamination, maintaining storage labels, and assisting with dietary service tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred.
• Adheres to department procedures for dish storage and labeling.
• Maintains labeling and dating of food stored in fridge/freezer/dry storage.

Responsibilities

• Oversees proper food handling to prevent contamination and reduce costs.
• Assists with sanitation of kitchen equipment and storage areas.
• Suggests menu or recipe changes to utilize leftovers and supplies.
• Performs daily dishwashing and dietary aide tasks as assigned.
