Job summary

Streamwood Smiles in Streamwood, IL, seeks a confident General Dentist to step in as the sole provider at an established, high-performing practice. You will own your schedule, deliver comprehensive care, and build lasting patient relationships with a supportive, experienced team and steady patient flow.

The position offers Mon & Thu 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and Fri 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, with full benefits within 60 days, malpractice insurance covered, licensing fees paid, and access to Catapult CE

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school.
• 3–5 years of clinical experience required.
• Independent lead provider with strong communication and patient relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care and treatment planning in a busy, established office.
• Own the schedule as sole provider while maintaining high standards of care.

Streamwood Smiles is seeking a confident and experienced General Dentist to step into a sole provider role at our established, high-performing practice in Streamwood, IL.

This is a unique opportunity for a doctor who is ready to take ownership of their schedule, build strong patient relationships, and thrive with the support of an experienced team and steady patient flow.

Schedule

• Monday & Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
