Customer Service / Fully Remote - Anywhere in U.S.

Up to $27 per hour + bonus / Full benefits

As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

1. Provide concierge-style service to the CrossFit community, cultivating loyalty by fielding inquiry emails.
2. Resolve or escalate customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback quickly and efficiently.
3. Serve as the conduit from the CrossFit Games to the public and participants (athletes) who have questions or need information.
4. Provide backend support for all virtual and in-person CrossFit Games competitions.
5. Update macros and write FAQ articles.
