What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats, and take required actions to assist customers
- Anticipate customers' potential needs and determine appropriate responses
- Provide comprehensive and accurate responses by consulting available resource material and information
- Keep required reference materials up-to-date
- Problem solve technical issues and escalate issues as appropriate
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
- Exceptional phone and listening skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of customer needs
- Experience in customer service roles preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a remote customer support role
- Familiarity with technical problem-solving in a customer service context
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of customer service best practices
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software
