Customer Support / Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $24.04 per hour / Medical benefits / 401k match / PTO

As a Customer Service Specialist at Genea, you will:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via phone (as applicable), email, ticketing system, and chat in a timely and professional manner;
  2. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding product and service inquiries;
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency;
  4. Document all customer interactions and updates in the company database;
  5. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience;
  6. Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude in all interactions.
