Call Center / Administrative Assistant / Fully Remote - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $60K per year

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

1. Support the Acquisitions Manager(s) by handling incoming calls and leads, qualifying prospects, and building rapport during initial and ongoing conversations.
2. Manage the CRM by inputting live leads, attaching each lead to a marketing campaign, and assigning them to sales representatives.
3. Schedule all appointments, both physical and phone-based, for the sales staff.
4. Handle confidential information with sensitivity and discretion.
5. Communicate appointment details with Acquisition Managers and monitor the flow of tasks.
6. Return calls promptly, pleasantly, and with a positive attitude.
