Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Cleaner for Planet Fitness locations. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, sanitized and safe club environment, following daily cleaning checklists for gym floors, locker rooms and restrooms.

Qualifications

• Prior custodial experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 lbs and physical activity required.

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the club environment daily.
• Clean fitness equipment, floors, locker rooms, restrooms, and showers.
• Report missing or broken amenities to the Club Manager.

This includes:cleaning and sanitizing fitness equipment and gym floorcleaning and sanitizing the locker rooms, restroom facilities, shower facilities and locker areaproperly dispose of trash stock all supplies around club and in locker roomsreport broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club ManagerJob Requirements:Successful prior custodial experienced preferredHigh School diploma/GED preferredMust be 18 years of age or olderPhysical Demands:Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pullingMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs.Continual standing and walking during shiftFrequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shiftContinual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shiftWill encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
