Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gym environment at our Columbia, PA clubs. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay and opportunities for growth, with structured pay increases based on anniversary milestones.

• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, floors, locker rooms, and restrooms.
• Report broken or missing amenities to the Club Manager.

Full - Time: Starting at $XX per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Cleaner Responsibilities

As a member of our staff, the Cleaner plays a significant role in helping to transform the lives of club members by providing a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

• Thoroughly complete cleaning checklist daily to ensure all tasks are completed. This includes:
• cleaning and sanitizing fitness equipment and gym floor
• cleaning and sanitizing the locker rooms, restroom facilities, shower facilities and locker area
• properly dispose of trash stock all supplies around club and in locker rooms
• report broken or missing amenities or equipment (toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment, etc.) to the Club Manager
