Hotel Zachary at Gallagher Way in Chicago is seeking a proactive Busser to support the dining team and ensure a seamless guest experience. You will assist servers, keep dining areas clean, and help maintain a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Responsibilities include setting tables, clearing and resetting, refilling water and bread, communicating with teammates, and delivering meals as needed.

• Refill water glasses, bread baskets, and other dining essentials as needed.
• Communicate effectively with the service team to ensure smooth flow of operations.
• Assist in carrying food trays and delivering dishes to appropriate tables.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for guests.
